Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WeliAI Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
If you use the Service on behalf of an institution, employer, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and these Terms apply to that organization as well as to you.
1. The Service
WeliAI provides a research workflow platform for model-based scenario analysis, evidence-grounded interpretation, and reproducible artifact generation.
The Service is provided for research support only. It is not intended for clinical, diagnostic, treatment, financial, legal, or operational decision use, including patient-specific medical use.
2. Eligibility and Institutional Use
You may use the Service only in compliance with applicable law, institutional rules, and these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is authorized by your organization where applicable.
3. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must promptly notify us of any suspected unauthorized access or security incident involving your account.
4. User Content
"User Content" means information you submit to the Service, including uploads, prompts, questionnaire responses, messages, and configuration choices.
You represent and warrant that:
- You have the right to submit the User Content
- Your User Content does not violate any law, contractual duty, institutional policy, confidentiality obligation, or third-party right
- Your use of the Service complies with these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy
5. Outputs and Research Limitations
The Service may generate outputs, including reports, summaries, figures, and other artifacts, based on your inputs, assumptions, and available data.
You acknowledge that outputs:
- may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular use
- may reflect assumptions that limit generalizability
- are not medical advice and are not clinical determinations
- must be independently reviewed before being used in research, planning, publication, or communication contexts
6. Prohibited Clinical Reliance
You agree not to use the Service:
- to diagnose any individual
- to select or recommend treatment for any individual
- to prescribe medications or therapies
- to perform patient triage or bedside decision support
- to support urgent or emergency clinical decisions
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose personal information in connection with the Service. By using the Service, you acknowledge that your information will be handled in accordance with that policy.
8. Intellectual Property
WeliAI and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, workflows, models, documentation, branding, and related materials.
As between you and WeliAI:
- You retain your rights in User Content
- You may use outputs for your internal research, evaluation, and analysis purposes, subject to these Terms, applicable law, and any separate enterprise agreement
9. Feedback
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or feature ideas, you grant WeliAI the right to use them without restriction or compensation, unless prohibited by law.
10. Third-Party Services
The Service may interoperate with third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies, and WeliAI is not responsible for them.
11. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe that:
- you have violated these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy
- your use creates a security, legal, or operational risk
- continued access could harm WeliAI, other users, or the public interest
You may stop using the Service at any time.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. We do not warrant uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of outputs for any purpose.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- WeliAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages
- WeliAI will not be liable for loss of data, revenue, profits, research opportunity, or business interruption
- WeliAI's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed [insert liability cap]
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these provisions may not apply in full.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WeliAI from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your User Content, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
